01Who we are

Happy Health Innovations Private Limited is a technology company with teams in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India and Gurgaon, Haryana (NCR), India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers this website only. Our health apps, ERP products and other services have their own terms and privacy notices, which you will be shown before you use them.

02What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your organisation and phone number, if you choose to provide them
• the topic of your enquiry and the message you write

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics provider, Vercel, processes limited technical information:

• Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics records page views together with the page address, referring website, country, browser, operating system and device type. It does not use cookies and is designed so that individual visitors cannot be identified.
• Server logs: like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address and browser details when your device requests a page. These are used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Information stored on your device. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

03How we use it

• to read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up on the conversation you started
• to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site
• to keep the site secure and working properly
• to comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

04Why we are allowed to use it

We process the details you send through the contact form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit. Technical and analytics data is processed for the legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as operating and securing the website.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides our analytics. Vercel is based in the United States and may process data outside India.
• Resend, Inc. delivers the enquiries you send through the contact form to our team’s email inbox. Resend is based in the United States and may process data outside India.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from a government authority or court.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to continue any conversation or work that follows. When they are no longer needed, we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is held in aggregate by Vercel and does not identify you.

07Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data
• ask us to erase your personal data
• withdraw your consent
• have a grievance about our handling of your data addressed
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so

To exercise any of these rights, email us at happyhealthinnovations@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

08Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.

09Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through the site. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
